Company Background
Nigerian Sino Trucks Limited is a company owned fully by Nigerians incorporated on May 2, 2012. We are Authorised Distributor of Sinotruk Import and Export Company Limited – the international trading subsidiary of Sinotruk (Hong Kong) Limited a company owned by the China National Heavy Duty Truck Group Corp., Limited the manufacturers of SINOTRUK brands of trucks. They are China’s first heavy duty truck manufacturer, founded in 1956 and they are the cradle of China’s heavy duty truck industry.
Nigerian Sino Trucks Limited came into existence when our sister company – Equipment Solutions – a haulage service provider was faced with the dilemma of choosing an appropriate brand of truck to increase its fleet sometime in 2008. As a result of this need we carried out a market research between 2008 and 2009 with the objective of determining a truck that is cost effective and suitable for the Nigerian environment.
After due consultations and considerations on the different brands of trucks available in the local market Sinotruk brand of trucks were chosen for so many reasons. Basically we were able to establish that the truck had been in Nigeria since 2004 and was being used by some of the biggest manufacturing and construction companies in the country.
In September 2009 we signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Sino Truck International to develop the Nigerian market and provide after sale services to customers for fully built up units of Sinotruk range of products in Nigeria.
In effect, our relationship with the manufacturer started in 2009 when we bought 18 units of 6×4 Sinotruk tractors.
As at today we are Authorised Distributor of Sinotruk products in Nigeria.

a)TEAMWORK: In other to realize our vision and core purpose, we must work as a team. We must understand that other departments and people depend on us to be able to deliver on their jobs. A team is as strong as its weakest link. We, as individuals or departments must never be the weakest link.
b)RESOURCEFULNESS: We must be dynamic in product and service delivery. We must leverage all resources available to us to deliver quality service to our customers and other stakeholders. We must develop the mind set of thinking outside the box where necessary to deliver on our tasks.
