ALFRED OKUGBENI

MD/CE

Alfred was born in Bukuru near Jos, Plateau State on November 13, 1970. He holds a B.Sc. Degree in Economics, Second Class Upper Division from the University of Benin, Benin City, Edo State in Nigeria. He is an Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA) with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN).
Alfred joined Fidelity Union Merchant Bank Limited (FUMBL) now Fidelity Bank PLC in 1998 after the mandatory National Youth Service and rose within a period of seven years to the position of a Deputy Manager and Group Head, Non-Bank Financial Institutions. He has over 10 years’ experience in bank and non bank financing.

AJEWOLE JOHN OLORUNLEKE

REGIONAL DIRECTROR, NORTH

John is a graduate of accounting from the University of Abuja, FCT in Nigeria. He is an Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA) with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN).
John has over 15 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. He joined ASB Investment Company Limited ( the major transporter to Total Nigeria Plc in the North central) in 2005 as an accountant and rose to the position of Managing Director in 2013. While in ASB he was privileged to go to Paris in 2008 and 2011 where he was trained on road transport management and Risks associated with hazardous products.

EDMUND OKWU

GENERAL MANAGER

He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication from the University of Nigeria Nsukka (emerging as the overall best graduating student from the department in 1985). He also holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA), from the Lagos State University, specializing in Marketing Management. His working experience ranges from broadcasting, Insurance and Banking. He has about 10 years’ experience in banking: branch management, credit and marketing, and corporate banking in Zenith Bank. He is an Associate Member of Advertising Practitioners Council of Nigeria (APCON), Member Nigerian Institute of Public Relations of Nigeria (NIPR), Member, etc.

ISOLA SAMSON OLABODE

ISOLA Olabode is a graduate of Mechanical Engineering with Upper Credit from Ilaro, Ogun State in 2006. He also completed a series of Vehicle maintenance related training at Leventis Training Centre , which include preventive maintenance training(Volks wagen/Mercedece Benz), Before joining Nigeria Sinotruck Limited, he has worked with Leventis motors Plc, a subsidiary of A G Leventis Group Plc, Nigeria Bottling Company, Oritsetimeyin Transport Logistic Limited, Basic contract transport, Central bank of nigeria, Leventis haulage, Federal Airport authority of Nigeria, and technical Manager Treatech Engineering Company Limited. He is married and blessed with children.

NGOZIKA MARGARETH EBERE

LEGAL OFFICER / COMPANY SECRETARY

Ngozika is a lawyer with LLB (Hons) Law Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka. She attended the Nigerian Law School Abuja in fulfillment of the council of legal education in Nigeria. She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association.

She gained professional experience from a Multi-properties Company and BENMEG Solcitors. She is presently the Legal Officer/Company Secretary at Nigerian Sinotrucks Limited.

ETORO ESSIEN

HEAD ACCOUNTS

Etoro graduated from university of Uyo, Akwa Ibom State with BSc. Banking and Finance in 2000.She completed her Masters Degree in Financial Management from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomosho. She is an Associate Member Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM) and student member Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. (ACCA).
After her National Youth Service in Lagos with Nigerian Railway Corporation, she has vast experience in Accounting and Finance while working with different organizations which include Solution Tech Limited (ITC firm) where she worked as Assistant Account Manager, Benkuku Telecommunications Limited as Accountant, and Equipment Solutions & Logistics Services Limited as Accountant.

OMOLOLA GRACE AKINLADE

OMOLOLA GRACE AKINLADE, an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM), with a Master in Industrial Relations & Personnel Management from the University of Ibadan. A self- motivated professional with over 10 years cognate experience in Human Capital Development, Talent Acquisition & Retention, Training and Performance Management.

She had learnt through professional and ethical curves with reputable organisations in the Maritime, Hospitality, Advertising, Construction and now Automobile industry.
