SINOTRUK has successfully launched a subframe free mixer, developed from standard mixer in order to meet the demand for Lightweight Mixer and enhance product competitiveness. The design strictly complies with regulations and the effective load volume meets the international requirements and customers’ demands.
The design of under frame is further optimized to ensure a certain loading capacity: front and rear structure has been replaced with highly intensive steel sheet, the secondary beam now only includes front and rear assembly, the barycenter is lowered by 65mm to adapt effectively to various cases in mixing stations and channels.
The mixer uses aluminum cleaning water tank and side guard bar, which ensured a substantial reduction of weight. The connection structure of wheel casing, side guard bar and frame has been changed to optimize vibration frequency and make the structure more reliable.
The tank is made of highly intensive alloy steel which has higher intensity and better abrasion performance compared to the original 520JJ steel. The tank is thinner with even greater quality. The hollow guide rail maintains a good mixing and intensity, reduces the weight of the tank, thereby reducing the fuel consumption and increasing the loading capacity.
This is certainly a great innovation from Sinotruck and a must have for the serious industry operators.
